Under poor light conditions or improper acquisition settings, the image degrades due to low contrast, brightness and suffer visual quality of picture. An enhancement is required manipulate scale pixel intensity for significant improvement in image. This paper proposed method gamma correction with a self-adaptive value accordance After transformation HSI (hue, saturation intensity) channel, multi-scale wavelet transform implemented on component The computed from combination reformed constant logarithm function Minkowski distance measure.
